Audience: New hires at a large financial institution who need to develop a fundamental understanding of company business models and apply them in real-world contexts.
Problem: During the analysis phase, I identified a key challenge: learners—primarily new college graduates transitioning to professional work or individuals new to the banking industry—struggled with critical thinking and decision-making in real-world scenarios. These learners were enrolled in a blended learning program, combining self-paced pre-work and instructor-led sessions.
