Problem: During my initial interview with the Exam Development team, I discovered:
The team struggled to schedule and host hours-long virtual instructor-led workshops to train participants on how to write items.
Many participants were volun-told to help with exam writing and did not realize the importance of their role.
Participants lost interest during training and made common mistakes, dragging out the exam creation process.
